Medical-grade titanium and 316L stainless arrive with certification and are checked before they go anywhere near a machine.
Craniofacial · Maxillofacial · Neuro
Implants and instruments manufactured in Mumbai and supplied to surgeons, hospitals, dental and medical colleges across India — and to distributors abroad.
Wire mesh 1.5 & 2mm
Orbital plates
Midface plating 2mm
Mandible plating 2.5mm
Marked on the current product and scissor catalogues.
Conformity marking carried across the implant range.
Medical device quality management system certified.
Good manufacturing practice observed on the production floor.
Everything below is made in-house. Each family carries its own anodised colour through the catalogue, the packaging and this site — so a surgeon can identify a system before reading a single code.
The colour system
Titanium takes colour from an oxide layer grown electrically — no dye, no coating, nothing to flake into tissue. Loyal uses that layer to tell one system from another on a crowded tray.
Bar stock to sterile box
Medical-grade titanium and 316L stainless arrive with certification and are checked before they go anywhere near a machine.
Plates, screws and instrument bodies are turned, milled and drilled to system tolerance on CNC and VNC equipment.
Edges are broken and surfaces finished so nothing snags tissue, suture or a glove during handling.
Titanium is given its oxide layer — the colour that identifies the system. Grown electrically, not painted on.
Stainless is passivated, and everything is cleaned to implant standard before it is handled again.
Dimensions checked against catalogue spec, code verified against the box, then packed to its kit.
Straight to the part
Surgeons and distributors rarely browse — they arrive with a code written on a requisition. Type it here and go straight to the part, its sizes and its tier.
Machined, not assembled
Bone plates are not stamped and finished. They are turned, milled and drilled to a spec where a tenth of a millimetre decides whether a surgeon can seat a screw or has to bend the plate on the table.
Biocompatible medical-grade stock
How it's made
A plate that sits a fraction of a millimetre out is a plate the surgeon has to bend on the table. That is the standard the floor is set to.
Plates, mesh and instruments are machined on advanced CNC and VNC equipment held to the tolerances maxillofacial and neuro work demand.
Raw material across the implant range is medical grade and biocompatible — titanium and surgical stainless, specified per system.
Capacity for large export orders, with a distribution network reaching the major cities of India.
Scissors & micro instruments
Scissors, artery forceps, needle holders, micro forceps and clamps — a separate catalogue in its own right, with the gold-ringed TC range as the flagship.

A plate that seats first time, a scissor that still cuts clean on the last case of the list, a code that matches what arrived in the box. That is the whole brief.
